Chapter Reestablishment News
Welcome back to the Alpha-Tau Chapter at the University of Michigan!
On February 26th, 2025 the Associate Chapter pinned 17 New Members, marking the official (re)start of Chi Phi in Ann Arbor.
Join your brothers in supporting the Alpha-Tau Return to Campus Campaign!
Returning the chapter to campus comes with significant expenditures owed to Chi Phi National for their staff's time on campus as well as a few major capital projects required to prepare the chapter house for the return of Chi Phi Brothers in the fall of 2026.
To create the most sustainable and resilient return to campus, we are launching two parallel fundraising campaigns to help fund these costs:
A broad-based Return to Campus Campaign with a goal of $50,000. This campaign page can be found here: A-T Return to Campus Campaign
A re-launching and expansion of our 1530 Club Campaign with a goal of $150,000. This campaign gives a chapter house equity consideration for higher level donations to continue to build on our 1530 Club Memberships for those that may have additional means. This campaign page can be found within the A-T Return to Campus Campaign page and directly here: 1530 Club Campaign
We could really use the support of all Alpha-Tau Alumni and greatly appreciate your donations. Additionally, we ask for your support in and making sure the Brothers you are in regular contact with are aware and participate as well!!!
Celebrate Chi Phi’s Bicentennial!
On December 24, 2024, the Chi Phi Fraternity reached the momentous milestone of being the the first (and only) men’s social fraternity to reach 200 years of existence. From now through next July, the National Fraternity is holding a number of events across the country to celebrate this achievement.
Additionally, in honor of this impressive milestone, limited edition commemorative items will also be available. From a Bicentennial Badge to an updated edition of the Chronicles to wearing apparel to commemorative bourbon and cigars, we hope you will find keepsakes that allow you to embrace this once in a lifetime opportunity.
Homecoming 2024 Photos are now Uploaded to the Gallery!
For the second year in a row, Homecoming came early to Ann Arbor. Fortunately so did some of our alumni faithful as we once again gathered at the chapter house to celebrate our bonds of brotherhood and swap tall tales about our undergrad days.
